| Caution:
These reports have been preformatted to reflect activity for 2002
only. They are also "pre-drilled" for the 8th Coastal
Region. D8CR members may drill down to the Division, Flotilla
and Individual levels on all but the Unit Activity Reports. Unit
Activity Reports do not provide access to individual member activity
reports.
AUXINFO REPORTS ARE UPDATED ONCE A WEEK
---Some activity in AUXINFO may "lag" AUXDATA by a few
days.---

to the DSO-CS

Instructions for Generating Preformatted AUXINFO REPORTS :
- Drilling: You can "drill down" to your unit (or member) of choice by
"left clicking" the parent unit and continuing the process until you
reach the unit or members that you desire. See image below:

- On
the Web Explorer toolbar, click the Export
PDF
 button.
A PDF
version of the report opens in Adobe Acrobat Reader as a plug-in or in a
separate window, depending on how the reader was installed.
- On
the Adobe Acrobat Reader toolbar, click the Print button.
To
return to your report in AUXINFO, click the Back button in
your Web browser.

- Bookmarks: Once you have "drilled down" to your
unit, you may create a "bookmark" for your web
browser. You can then save that bookmark in your browser's
"favorites" and return to your report directly.

- Exporting Data: AUXINFO can export your report
information in "CSV" format which can be used in
