To contact any District Officer via E-mail, click on their name when it
appears underlined and blue or purple in color. As an example, if you wish to
contact the Webmaster, you would click on their name when it appears like this: Webmaster@d8cr.org. If a name is not highlighted and underlined, it means that no E-mail address is currently available. You would then need to consult the 8CR directory for a standard postal address or telephone number.
