Instructions for obtaining a USCGAUX member ID card

• First, Download USCGAUX Member ID Form
  Download the Abobe PDF Member ID form file. Next fill out the form and click on the "Submit Form" button.
  When ther new email with the form attached comes up you may add a sqaure shaped picture with a red background.
  Name the JPG file with your member number. ie 11110100.jpg. You may also wish to cc the email to yourself.
