Membership Applications are needed now. One
for DIRAUX and One for SECCEN.
REVISED
FORMS
The
Membership Application, ANSC-7001, has been substantially updated to include
all previously-attached forms as a single form. The only attachments required
are two fingerprint cards, and if a previous clearance was granted, supporting
documentation of that clearance. Please note that DIRAUX will require
original copies of pages 1, 2, and 3, and in addition, SECCEN will require
original copies of pages 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5. All signatures on those copies must
be originals in ink. The previous edition may not be used.
