  The Department of Personnel is pleased to announce that the MEMBER RESOURCES CD has been updated to include a Recruiting powerpoint, NEW Recruitment posters and CG Pub 1 "America's Maritime Guardian " These CD's can be ordered through ANSC (5029) by your Flotilla Commander.

REVISED FORMS

The Membership Application, ANSC-7001(Jan 08), has been substantially updated to include all previously-attached forms as a single form. Attachments required are two fingerprint cards, a copy of the proof of citizenship, a copy of the proof of a boating course completion and if a previous clearance was granted, supporting documentation of that clearance. All signatures must be ink.
Submit one complete 7001 and attachments to DIRAUX.
Do NOT submit the ID card form and picture with this package. Submit it to DIRAUX after the member is in BQ or IQ status.
