Entering Workshop Attendance 

The following new procedures are to be followed to enter data from a Workshop Attendance and Mission Report, ANSC-7039. 

1. On the Activity Log Screen, enter a Member Training (Cat 06) mission. ( UMS / A / UADMS / MT / OTHER )

 2. On the Crew Assignments Screen, enter the Instructor as Lead and enter the Workshop attendees as Trainees
 

3. On the Task Screen, select the reported Workshop. 

4. On the Task Capture Screen, enter the name of the Instructor and duration of the workshop on the top of the screen. On the bottom of the screen, click on the "Double >" to move all attendees to the right. 

5. Click on SAVE

CURRENCY MAINTENANCE  TASKS

 AUXDATA main  menu =>Training (TMT) => Task Capture => Training Type (select Currency Maint. Tasks) => Category (organizes tasks by Category – Air, Boat, General, etc)  =>Include - check off single or multiple tasks  => Task Capture tab => Enter Instructor Name, hours, and date (highlight all desired task lines)=> Click Save => Trainees Tab => Highlight desired task,  Select Trainee names - move them from left to right => Save => Repeat highlighting tasks and selection of Trainees until all tasks have been entered => Save after each task/trainee(s) selection (If the "Save" button does not "light up" then enter a "Grade" of 100 for each participant) => Return to Menu.  

 
Currency Maintenance Tasks may also be entered through the Activity Logs tab.  This allows you the opportunity to enter Tasks at the same time other missions are entered.

 
You can verify that the Task or Workshop has been entered properly by running a training report on the member or unit that you just entered.   Training => Reports => Training Record (Individual or Unit) => Select Individual or Unit, begin and end date (inclusive of date of workshop or task) => Submit

Task Capture  (Workshops, Currency Maintenance, etc)

The Task Capture menu option allows you to capture task and include eligible participants. This section provides instructions for performing these functions. Perform the following step:

1.  From the TMT Main Menu, click the button.

The Tasks Screen similar to the following appears:

  1. Select the check boxes for the tasks you wish to capture.

The tasks are checked.

 

Task Capture

The Task Capture screen allows you to view the task captured in the following time periods: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year. Perform the following steps to select the tasks to include in the task capture:

  1. Click the Task Capture tab.

    The Task Capture screen similar to the following appears:

  2. Click description desired.

    The description is highlighted.

  3. Enter the necessary information by pressing the TAB key after each entry or using the drop-down lists when available. Click Save.

    The information is entered and saved.

  4. If you wish to copy a task, click the button.

    The Task highlighted is copied to the next available text box.

  5. If you wish to delete a task, click the button.

The Task highlighted is deleted.

 

Trainees

The Trainees screen allows you to move Eligible to Participate members to Participants (in your unit and subordinate units) in the tasks that are captured. Perform the following steps to select the participants to include in the tasks captured:

  1. Click the Trainees tab.

    The Trainees screen similar to the following appears:

  2. Click the description of the task desired.

    The task description is highlighted.

  3. Click the member(s) desired and then click .

    The member is highlighted and moved from Eligible to Participate to Participants.
  4. If the "Save" button does not "light up" then enter a "Grade" of 100 for each participant.
  5. Click "Save"  then "Return to Menu"
