Auxiliarists on patrol

What's New

  • NEW ONLINE Auxiliary Officers & Members Directory
The release of the NEW Online Auxiliary Officers and Members Directory is major step forward for our members. The concept was to make it is easy to find other members and get their contact information, view and correct their own information by sending an email 7028 form (Change of Member Information) to the IS officers in their leadership chain. In addition, there are search features that allow for searching by Last Name, member #, email address, officer position and qualification.

Contact information is now quickly available to any level of member based on the office held by that member, including email lists, printable staff or member directories.

The data in this directory is updated every week on Monday and is derived from AUXDATA as the authoritative source.

  • New AUXSC&E procedures effective 13 Jul, 2009

DIRAUX has designated the DSO-MT as the single point of contact in the Coastal Region for all AUXSC&E course activities. Please direct any questions to DSO-MT@d8cr.org

The revised AUXSC&E final exams are now available. Any final exam older than 1 May,09 is obsolete and is to be destroyed. Final examinations will be requested from and returned to the DSO-MT (for processing and submittal to the Coast Guard Training Center, Yorktown, PA for grading).

AUXSC&E hands on exam results and Train the Trainer course completions are to be forwarded by the AUXSC&E IT to the DSO-MT for processing and AUXDATA entry.

The ADSO-MT-Q will continue to be the single point of contact for the other specialty courses
